Illegal: It’s Not A Race … It’s A Crime
Let me begin by saying, I have no issues with immigrants legally migrating to the United States who become productive citizens, pay their taxes, and abide by the laws. This article is not about them. It is about the aliens who cross our borders illegally and cost Americans billions of dollars annually. Illegal aliens are not immigrants, they are criminals and speaking out against crime does not make me a racist.
Illegal Immigration cost America an average of over $113 billion per year. According to a report by Fox News, 300,000 pregnant Mexican women have crossed the border to birth their babies, known as “anchor babies,” in American hospitals at an average cost of $6,000.00 per birth (assuming no complications). If the child suffers heart defects, Down Syndrome, Autism or any other medical problem, the costs can jump to $500,000.00 with long term care into the millions of dollars.
That child enjoys free breakfasts and lunches through 13 years of publicly funded education at an average cost to taxpayers of $7,000.00 per year. Additionally, American taxpayers foot the bill for all medical and housing assistance for the child and mother. More hidden costs add up with ESL classes to teach the child English.
Then these children of illegals enjoy a free ride through college while children of natural born, legal American citizens must borrow money or save for a lifetime to provide the same college education for their own kids.
Who pays for illegal immigration? YOU DO!
Complaining about the costs of illegal immigration, demanding immigration reform, and enforcement in America may be politically incorrect, but it does not make you a RACIST.
- Illegal Immigration is ILLEGAL.
- An American President granting amnesty by executive order is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
- A Justice Department blocking states from requiring photo ID to vote is conspiracy to commit fraud which is a crime.
- A federal government that does not allow states to enforce immigration laws within their state boundaries is violating state’s rights and is contributing to the bankrupting of state’s coffers.
