    Isn’t the fact that there is no such thing as an Obama phone violating this statement especially considering that the two blacks in the cartoon are referring to being unemployed (1) and receiving a non-existent program (2).
    While there is a program called Lifeline that provides cell phones to people it is neither a government funded program nor was it created by Obama. It’s funded by telecommunication’s customers and it was originally created in 1996 during Clinton’s term by offering a credit for home phones. In fact in 2008 when the cell phone option became available it was during President Bush’s term. By ignoring the facts of the case your cartoon is highly racist.
