I expect Paul Ryan to annihilate Biden tonight so this tidbit may or may not be a factor but is certainly worth noting.
Apparently President Barack Obama was a guest at the 1991 wedding of ABC senior foreign correspondent and vice presidential debate moderator Martha Raddatz.
According to info uncovered by The Daily Caller, Obama and groom Julius Genachowski, whom Obama would later tap to head the Federal Communications Commission, were Harvard Law School classmates at the time and members of the Harvard Law Review.

ABC News has scrambled to cover up Barack Obama’s attendance at VP debate moderator’s wedding.

After The DC made preliminary inquiries Monday to confirm Obama’s attendance at the wedding, ABC leaked a pre-emptive statement to liberal-leaning news outlets including Politico and The Daily Beast Tuesday, revealing what may have been internal network pressure felt just days before Raddatz was scheduled to moderate the one and only vice-presidential debate Thursday night.

Both Politico and The Daily Beast jumped to ABC and Raddatz’s defense. The Huffington Post, another liberal news outlet, joined them shortly thereafter, while calling “unusual” ABC’s attempt to kill the story before it gained wide circulation.

Friends can share info with friends about potential debate questions in advance which can give one an unfair edge..
Even with that advantage, should it occurr, Biden is such a fool, I can’t imagine him getting through the night without choking on his own foot in his mouth.

The moderator for the first debate has been blamed by the Democrats for not being effective (Obama only got 3 more minutes of talk time than Romney). Let’s see if this one can give Biden an even bigger handicap.

  • It is obvious that in this election process a level playing field translates into an uphill fight for Republicans. Thats OK because we truly have the facts on our side. We will still win big. My question is, where OBama so profusely used “uhhh”, Biden will have been coached to use adlib. Thats where you will hear her teeth grind. It is worth any price of admission.

  • Since Romney didn’t really say anything more than “That isn’t my plan” that might have been truthful, I don’t think it is going to be hard to pick Ryan apart if he continues in that vein. It would be interesting to hear what their plans are beyond, “Well, see.”

And the pitter patter of nashing teeth by the democrats.

You’re right. It is a great song.

  • Well go ahead and let Rat=ass lead the debate so she will be there to comfort Joe “the Gaffe” Biden.
