There comes a time in everyone’s life when we hit the proverbial “fork in the road” and are forced to make that major life-changing decision.

Many of you have emailed me asking why I haven’t done a broadcast since the election.

Frankly, I’m still pissed – not that the majority of Americans voted for Obama, but that they voted against liberty, against personal freedom, against the constitution, against smaller government, against individual responsibility, against small business and against free market capitalism.

Most of you know I supported Newt Gingrich in the primaries, and like a good rank and file American, when Romney won, I fell in line with the majority’s decision and threw my support behind him. Truth be told, it wasn’t support for Mittens as much as it was opposition to the Obama regime.

The last four years have been tough, especially financially. I’m an entrepreneur at heart, a risk-taker, and ambitious. But even in the wake of filing personal bankruptcy a few years ago – love of country, the preservation of our freedoms and a rekindling of our patriotic pride had a stronger pull on me than chasing the almighty dollar again.

I also discovered the power of penmanship and the ability to evoke the rawest of emotions from people through the syntax of words.

And although the principles of free market capitalism, small business, small government and entrepreneurship may have lost the battle, we haven’t lost the war.

With more and more Americans opting for entitlements and social safety nets, it’s that much less competition for those with the creativity, business acumen, desire and drive to still achieve the American dream.

We’ll just have to earn that much more money to take care of the freeloaders and leeches. If crumbs is what they want, crumbs is what they’ll get.

Although this election was a surefire victory for progressives and a giant step towards European-style socialism, we’re not there yet!

Now is the time to embrace Capitalism. Not just embrace it, but engage in it.

The best defense is a good offense. Let’s make money while we still can – and make a hell of a lot of it!

Capitalism is the antidote to Socialism.

The election is over and our democracy has spoken. Conservative values and personal liberty rank near the bottom of the majority of Americans priorities.

Therefore it’s time to take my God-given talents and redirect them into more productive and profitable ventures. Besides, there are going to be a hell of a lot of healthy, able-bodied Americans to take care of and it’s going to take a lot of free market capitalists to do it.

Where else can Obama get the money from, other than the Federal Reserve’s printing press? And even then, it’s the free market capitalists who will be stuck with paying the IOU’s that Bernanke issues with impunity.

While most Americans may have chosen the road to serfdom, I’m getting back on the road to riches!

Maybe I’ll see you at the rest stops.

Godspeed,

Kevin A. Lehmann

I really question the belief that the majority voted for ovomit. Since there was RAMPANT fraud from the voting machines, as expected, the whole thing is entirely fraudulent.

Also, I think the only way we’re going to bring back responsibility at ANY and ALL levels of government is to abolish the federal reserve and its equally criminal collection thugs, the I R S. When any PUBLIC SERVANT (not government “official”) has a ready pot of others’ hard-earned, difficult-to-come-by-money they LOOK for way to waste it and then demand more! This sh** MUST stop. It is unlawful and unconstitutional.

Jan, you hit the nail with a sledgehammer… I’ve been looking for ways to start a business… Looking for ways to scoot past all the regs and stupid BS… my solution? Robots, all production will be robots… oh well….

I generally agree with the writer…with these qualifications: Social Security is an “annuity” that was prepaid by the worker and employer. Medicare is a health insurance policy that was prepaid in the same manner as Social Security. Unlike welfare or Medicaid, these two programs are not “entitlements”–they were bought and paid for by years of withheld income from the paychecks of American workers. That is why I, personally, have no problem with “Rich People” collecting those benefits–they paid for them.

    • Sorry Mr Corvette…2 supreme court cases have ruled different. 1937 Helvering vs Davis, and 1956 Fleming vs Nestor. S.S. is nothing more than an old age Welfare Program. “You are OWED nothing”!

Just goes to show how retarded some federal judges are.

From those I have talked to, the only people wanting to add higher taxes to the rich are the pro-welfare lot. They’re hoping for higher welfare benefits, not more jobs. They couln’t give a rats patuty about the job market.
