Thankful Collectivists? No So Fast.

America’s choice of a collectivist government this November indicates “progressive” goals have been achieved — at least by a slim majority (if we assume for a minute these elections were legitimate… as there are many reasons to believe otherwise). Yet, regardless a real or faux majority, this progressive win does not define our future. It does define our challenge and hope, however. In this, we should be thankful. Collectivism becomes our future only if we lose hope, lose faith, and stop fighting.

How did we get here? Progressives (socialists, communists, fascists… collectivists all… and their useful idiots and followers) have been consciously and some unconsciously (those useful idiots) working since the mid-to-late 1800’s to eventually realize their goal of building a majority coalition of liberty-ignorant mis-fits, beggars, and thieves — a.k.a. progressive voters.

This progressive coalition is led by an ever expanding and very powerful alliance of education associations, media, special interest groups, unions, NGOs, entertainment, the U.N., church groups (I know, hard to believe), elected representatives in all levels of government, and secretive global organizations who stand to profit from America’s demise and the elimination of individual liberty and free-markets.

This collectivist coalition — and their global elitist backers — realized progressive voters would eventually become so blinded, by design, to the real core American value proposition that they would be willing and easily motivated to trade the massively superior value of individual liberty and free-market economics for a mess of pottage.

Each progressive voter apparently lost sight — out of ignorance, arrogance, or stupidity — of the massively superior value of their own individual freedom, ability to make their own choices, and to determine their own life course. They lost sight of the superior value of liberty, via a manipulated emotional focus on, and encouragement of, their pet peeves and soap-box issues.

Some were blinded by the constant media and entertainment driven misdirection of “class differences” (a fallacy that cannot take place, by definition, in truly free-market economies). Some were blinded by propagandized racial differences, gender differences, or religious differences and accepted the fairy tale of state enforced “equality and social justice”. Still others were blinded by the arrogant and misguided crusaderism of the “me generation” and their attempts to force others to adopt their own ideals, morals and values — forgetting they were trampling the most important value of liberty and self-determination in the process. Still others were blinded by their emotive dysfunctions of hatred, jealousy, and inordinate competition, easily leveraged by mainstream propaganda that would make Goebbels blush with envy.

Regardless the drivers behind the progressive voter’s desire to throw America away to achieve that which cannot be achieved — a utopia of promised perfect safety, security, equality and social justice — they have gained in numbers and force such that they are possibly now able to permanently destroy America and usher in the dark ages of collectivist tyranny. Sadly, most who voted for this evil have been duped and do not realize they are simply trading the liberty of self-determination for the tyranny of centrally planned slavery.

What can we expect now? With another four years of this hyper-destructive progressive POTUS and SOTUS, we can expect continued and possibly irreversible erosion of our individual liberties, free-market economics, and other founding principles. Most dangerous, we can expect a move towards a permanent majority collectivist electorate. In short, anti-collectivist Americans who value our founding principles will potentially become the permanent minority.

What is our hope and for what can we give thanks on Thanksgiving? Regardless what appear to be the insurmountable forces of evil, this is not the first time in America’s history or the history of the world in which liberty was threatened or stolen. This is the first time, however, that our generation has been tested to this degree.

Our hope lies in the fact that when we are most tested, however, is also when we become most humble, objective, and start making better decisions from a position of strength — one individual at a time. It is when we are in the despair of helplessness and hopelessness when we return to our founding principles and values. Although this may not be the “instant gratification generation” solution we sought, it is the only one we have left.

Finally, our hope must lead to action — a revival of individual responsibility, a renewal of faith in our Creator, a restoration of founding principles, and a disrobing and disabling of the coalition of progressive Trojan horses, including the United Nations, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission, the SEIU, the progressive media, the Federal Reserve, the World Council of Churches, and the National Education Association. Without complete exposure and eradication of these enemies of American exceptionalism and a return to our founding principles, America’s days are numbered.

Yes, it is that we are being tested beyond our individual capacity to understand, comprehend, and resolve, wherein lies our greatest challenge and hope. It is also in this fact, then, that I believe we are we able to give thanks this Thanksgiving season. Not, as submissive collectivists, rather, as thankful, humble, and confident patriots.

Happy Thanksgiving!

John…. you are one of those useful idiots. Do you really think God will bless a Nation that knowingly elects a non-Christian leader with a clearly anti-Christian agenda??? You are easily blinded obviously. All your thought and ideas are complete foolishness.

      • President Obama is a non-Christian leader with a clearly anti-Christian agenda??? Now WHO is blind?? You all wanted to elect a fake Christian for President. Cons have been creating a negative image of President Obama since the day he first took office. You all “cried wolf” and We The People wisely ignored your lies.

  • Brian

John Philips you are sooooooooooooooo clueless. You think God blessed this nation by giving us a non-Christian president that limits and cancels Christian functions while attending AND PRAYING in Islamic functions? A president that has done nothing but ut purposely destroy our economy. A president that lies e every time his mouth is opened. Lies that can be easily proven to be lies by any intelligent American. Sorry majority voters

GET TO IT! DERAIL OBAMA, AND THE DEMOCRATS !

Exclusive: Judson Phillips offers constitutional means to put Romney in office Jan. 21

    by Judson Phillips

Judson Phillips is the founder of Tea Party Nation.

We have one last, final chance to save America. We have one last, final chance to stop Barack Obama. One final chance.

What is this final chance? Will the Republicans step up to the plate and do what is necessary?

Barack Obama has not yet been re-elected president.

Yes, the election is over – but remember, a presidential election in
America is not by popular vote. We vote for the candidate, but what we
are really doing is voting for the electors who will meet on the Monday
after the second Wednesday in December.

That is when the actual re-election of the president occurs.

Is there a way to stop this?

    Yes, there is.

And the best part – this is totally constitutional.

The 12th Amendment of the Constitution as well as Article II of the Constitution govern the Electoral College.

According to the 12th Amendment, for the Electoral College to be
able to select the president, it must have a quorum of two-thirds of the
states voting. If enough states refuse to participate, the Electoral
College will not have a quorum. If the Electoral College does not have a
quorum or otherwise cannot vote or decide, then the responsibility for
selecting the president and vice president devolves to the Congress.

The House of Representatives selects the president and the Senate selects the vice president.

Since the Republicans hold a majority in the House, presumably they
would vote for Mitt Romney, and the Democrats in the Senate would vote
for Joe Biden for vice president.

    Can this work?

    Sure it can.

Democrats have actually set this precedent of refusing to
participate to deny Republicans a quorum. They did this in Wisconsin and
in Texas. Why can’t we do this with the Electoral College?

Mitt Romney was a terrible candidate, and he will not be a great president. But he will be infinitely better than Barack Obama.

So how do we do this?

Mitt Romney carried 24 states. We need to have conservative
activists from all over the nation contact the electors, the Republican
Party and the secretary of state in all of these states and tell them
not to participate in the Electoral College when it meets on Dec. 17.

If we can get 17 of those
states (just over one-third) to refuse to participate, the Electoral
College will have no quorum. Then, as the Constitution directs, the
election goes to the House of Representatives.

That is how we can still pull this election out and make Mitt Romney president in January.

We need this concept shared with every tea party, liberty and
patriotic group throughout the country. We have time to act, but we must
pressure Republicans to do the right thing.

It does not matter who gets credit for this. The credit is not
important. Using our last chance to defeat Barack Obama is important.

Far too often the Republican Party seems more interested in losing gracefully than winning and governing.

This is our last chance. We the people must contact the electors,
party officials and secretaries of state from every red state and insist
that they refuse to participate in the Electoral College.

We can still save America and use the Constitution to do it. But this truly is our last chance.

  • Loved the sly “mess of pottage” reference. Ah yes, like Esau in the Bible we trade our birthright for a bowl of beans. My question is this. What to do about the fact that a majority of Americans got wise to this scam during the first four years of Obama’s Regime, and we voted him out, but the results were manipulated and the election stolen, therefore the will of the people is not being carried out. If we still had the backbone that our founding fathers had we would be seeing an armed revolution. Unfortunately those of us who are highly pi$$ed off about this outrage are in the minority. Most of us (even the conservatives) will shrug and watch our Country slowly swirl down the drain. If so we get what we deserve.
