    I got hit by an SUV back on December 21st, 2006 (same day Patton got executed) and it left me paralyzed from the waist down. So my buddies and I are building a armored wheel-chair, looks like a mini APC, tracks and all. Powered by a Honda 70 motor, to a one-speed gearbox, with track steering, it should be a real hoot to break through enemy lines (read that the UN) and blast away with my Mossberg 500 shooting ounce rifled slugs. It will be constructed of 1/2 inch steel, ceramic plates and Kevlar. It will cost around five grand to complete, and will give the Obama Brown Shirts fits (and a quick way to Allah.) We already have the chassis completed, and now are designing the armored body. Personally I cant wait for the **** to hit the fan, been planning for it for about 10 years now.

If we start now, we will at least be combat ready when the rest happens. Remember, it happened once before, and it looks like it may happen again.     The first militia of this nation were farmers, shop keepers, tradesmen and woodsmen. they were not regular military. They won us all our freedom. For us to do any less would be to foresake their lives and their blood. When I first joined the Army in 65 I was scared to death I would die in some rice paddy. Well, obviously I didn’t. But I stood my ground, and finished what I started. I completed 12 yrs of service still wondering when I might have to go and put my life on the line. It’s ironic that after all of that worry, my greatest risk comes now when I am 66 and retired and with bad feet, that I find that I may have to stand to defend my children and grandchildren. But now I’m not as concerned about my life, I’ve lived mine and I want to see my kin live theirs. My trigger finger still works,and I promise you I can still hit what I aim at. Yes I stand ready. All I need now is a good rifle, and plenty of ammo. And the time and place to meet up with some of my old comrades in arms Thankfully, Uncle Sam taught me how to get the rifle and ammo when the time comes. As the title of Bruce Willis’ new movie says, “A Good Day to Die Hard”. USA, USA, USA.

    What is really needed is a massive political movement starting now, and leading right up to the midterm elections in Congress in 2014. This also applies to any state elections. Every single candidate up for election should be completely vetted on their position not only on 2A, but where they stand on the rest of the Constitution as well. ANY candidate that waffles in the slightest on 2A should be rejected.

    There are still literally millions of gun owners out there that are sitting back doing nothing to speak out and help protect their rights. This ad barely motivates them. They need to support pro-Constitutional candidates, gun rights organizations, and VOTE when the time comes.

    Every gun owner knows other gun owners. Every gun owner needs to make sure that as many other gun owners as they can talk to know what is going on and more importantly, take a few minutes to contact their reps AND join one or more gun rights organizations. If they don’t like the NRA, they need to join the SAF or GOA or JPFO. There are also many other fine organizations out there at national and state levels, who are all going to need support to fight these laws out in court if need be.

    If there are really 70-100 million gun owners out there, there should be almost that many VOTERS who can support pro-2a candidates. That’s the only way to stop some of these bills.

    I have posted the following several times on different sites because I feel it is the most powerful argument that can be presented to our members of congress and other public officials at all levels. I have added one more paragraph to the emails or letters I send. Actually a letter sent by snail mail is more effective as many emails are just deleted by some staffer. Loads of envelopes piling up are hard to ignore. Feel free to cut and paste it into an email or preferably a snail mail letter. Send this to everyone you know and we CAN influence this debate.
    Sorry it is so long but I felt the meaning should be absolutely clear so that even Liberals could understand.

    Then there are politicians who insist in taking our Constitution out of context of time and original meaning. Once again, James Madison warned us against this.

    Second Amendment:
    “A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to KEEP and BEAR arms, shall not be INFRINDGED.”
    Arms, in the context and time when our Constitution was written meant the usual arms carried by militia members, everyday citizens or light infantry in the Continental Army. Many of these arms were supplied by their owners for militia duty and were personal weapons initially used for hunting or home defense. They came in all types and calibers; from a 30 cal. squirrel rifle to a 75 cal. smooth bore musket, pistols and shotguns of all types, calibers and gauges. They also included a huge variety of other arms including: knives of every conceivable shape and size, bayonets and swords. Many early citizens also carried tomahawks.
    Attempts to control the type and or caliber of arms Americans’ can possess are absolutely against The Constitution and the Second Amendment as it was written and intended. By the supreme law of the land (The Constitution), an American citizen should be able to keep and bear any weapon now used individually by our light infantry soldiers.
    Larger weapons such as cannon and mortars that could not be carried by an individual soldier or required more than one person to operate were considered to be “ordinance” and were not defined as “arms”.
    Words have meanings! If those meanings are bastardized all becomes chaos.

    Definition of to KEEP: to hold or retain in one’s possession; hold as one’s own.

    THIS IS THE WORD MOST FORGETEN……INFRINGE!!!!! Read the meaning!!!
    Definition of INFRINGE/ENCROACH…….. 1: to enter by “GRADUAL STEPS OR BY STEALTH” (MY BOLD) into the possessions or rights of another. 2: to advance beyond the usual or proper limits
    Why is this so hard to understand? The meanings of the words in the Second Amendment have not changed since the amendment was ratified.
    I am not aware of the Second Amendment being repealed or amended.
    In reference to arms control by the states; the Fourteenth Amendment Section .1. is crystal clear.
    Section. 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; (My emphasis) nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
    Many in politics from the legislative, administrative branches and or judges cite “precedent” as a justification for the violations of our rights as guaranteed in The Constitution of These United States of America. Precedent only describes what has been done and gotten away with, not if it was done in compliance with the supreme law of the land or in accordance with the oath of office to uphold The Constitution.
