The 2nd Amendment is NOT UP for Debate

Never trust a government that doesn’t trust its own citizens with guns.”
– Benjamin Franklin

After the president, with help from his fraternizers in the deceptive state-run media, somehow won his re-election campaign, I thought it was important to note the first thing Obama and his administration did was turn its attention to the United Nations gun treaty talks.

Hmm, I wonder … If he really had the support of the American people, why is he so busy trying to disarm those who supposedly love him so much?

And all the while Obama and his administration are busy trying to disarm the American people by conjuring up criminals guilty of some sort of gun crimes as an excuse for new gun legislation.
Well, then, let me help: This administration need not look any further than within its own ranks.
And this, friends, is the very reason we are an armed people.

Thomas Jefferson stated that the whole purpose of government is to “ensure your rights,” not to take them away.
What this administration is attempting to do is exactly what Hitler, Stalin, Mao, or any other dictator has done. They blame the weapon rather than the person committing the crimes and all the while subtly encourage criminal activity.

Friends, this is not about guns; it is about control. And this issue is not to be overlooked, because gun rights stand between a free country and an enslaved, possibly an exterminated, people.

The Second Amendment:
“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a FREE State, the Right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed (violated).”

According to Federal Statute Title 10, Chapter 13, Section 311 (a), all males between the ages of 17 and 45 who are either citizens of the United States or have declared their intent to become citizens are members of the “unorganized” or reserve militia.
It is time for America to get out of the debate because there is no debate.
We have rights given unto us by our Creator. Period.

President George Washington, when arming the people of the United States of America, said:
A free people ought not only to be armed and disciplined, but they should have sufficient arms and ammunition to maintain a status of independence from any who might attempt to abuse them, which would include their own government.”
We would do well to heed President Washington’s warning, since over 56 million people in the 20th century were exterminated by their own governments under the guise of gun control.

We the People should NEVER allow the government to keep a standing army more heavily armed than us .

  • Cloddorinii

Yes! We should absolutely protect the 2nd Amendment by abrogating the 1st Amendment. How dare we engage in a discussion over this!

Right here. Candlelight prayer vigil at midnight pacific standard. Then we move on to bed, up early for work and to hell with this! I’m protecting the 2nd amendment by buying bumper stickers. KEWL!

YOU DON’T ABROGATE THE 1ST! OMG! 1- 4 this the civil defense system. You use these to rout the tyrant, but we DON’T HAVE A MILITIA, so it’s NOT happening.

We are in the throws of repatriation, and not even alternative media is talking about this because guess what… There’s a HUGE amount of money to be made marketing the change process!

      Hello Jan!

It’s about REPATRIATION. That’s R-E-P-A-T-R-I-A-T-I-O-N. Okay. Repatriation requires that the US be disarmed so people be more cooperative with the transformation.

We want this. We want to be subjugated. We want to restore British control. We WANT to be identified as subjects. We DO NOT want to be a FREE people. WE HATE FREEDOM!

There, an advocate for stupid America.

Of itself, the U.S. Constitution states that it is the “supreme law of the land”. The Bill of Rights is an integral part of the U.S. Constitution. If liberal, anti-gun politicians
would keep their oath (their word) to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution,
“gun control” would not be an issue–mainly because the 2nd Amendment is carved
in stone, and is not to be “infringed” upon.

Whether liberal or conservative, a politician’s word is his or her bond. Those who fail to keep their word demonstrate that they cannot be trusted. Therefore, they should be
impeached and removed from office, which would preserve the integrity of the
U.S. Constitution and the welfare of “We the People”.

To the liberal politician, it’s power, but to the law-abiding citizen, it’s freedom.

We’re the founding father’s smarter than the politicians we have today, or was it that they just went through the same crap we’re going through now? I think its a combination of both.

The 2nd amendment a God given right. Even our founding fathers realized this when they wrote the Constitution. The Constitution was a device stating the rights that we have for a specific reason. The founders Had already seen what denial of those rights would bring. They fought and many died so that could aquire those rights. In writing the Constitution, they were not just thinking of themselves. That would have made no sense, considering that they had already won their rights. So they thought of their children, and the children and grandchildren of every other citizen of the future. They are not here to fight to maintain those rights, so it is up to the citizens of today to do the job they started. When they established this government of, for and by the people, they made it quite clear that it was not a government of, for or by the politicians.
Blood was shed to gain these rights. Fact, not negotiable. These rights are given to us by God as written in Bible scripture. Fact, not negotiable. The 2nd amendment was given to us by God, so that we could keep all of the other God given rights. Fact not negotiable. The politicians do not have any right to dictate that the people should abide by laws as “they” se fit to place upon us. Our rights are God given and “only God” has the right to change them. Our rights of governing were established just for this very reason. To prevent politicians from turning into dictators. Now is the time for us to answer the call of our forefathers. To offer up our blood, that theirs was not shed in vain and like all of our rights,.THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE!!

  • Our “standing army” doesn’t worry me much as long as they understand their oath. My fear is that younger members will not realize that some orders are unlawful and antithetical to the Constitution they swore to defend and protect. That oath is not sworn to the president or Congress, and that is on purpose. God bless our troops and may they all recognize these facts, especially should the worst happen.

Bottom line never trust a politican at any point in time. The are like cockroches and do
the majority of their wheeling and dealing in the damp, dark halls of government away from
public view. Most of the time we do not find out about what they have done until they have
created news programs and laws against the will of the majority of the people for a “speical’

When a government fears its people there is freedom! When a people fear their government there is tyranny.
It seems obvious at the present time government still has some level of fear of the people. What they are attempting to do in the long run is eliminate that residual fear so they can have complete control.
Imagine The Constitution and a pair of scissors. If you allow someone to begin cutting a fringe around its edges; eventually the document will be gone. Infringing on the rights guaranteed in the Second Amendment is the same even when it is done with words in legislation instead of scissors.

“The right of citizens to bear arms is just one guarantee against arbitrary government, one more safeguard against the tyranny which now appears remote in America, but which historically has proved to be always possible.” – Senator Hubert H. Humprey

“Never forget, even for an instant, that the one and only reason anybody has for taking your gun away is to make you weaker than he is, so he can do something to you that you wouldn’t let him do if you were equipped to prevent it. This goes for burglars, muggers, and rapists, and even more so for policemen, bureaucrats, and politicians.” – Aaron Zelman

“To prohibit a citizen from wearing or carrying a war arm . . . is an unwarranted restriction upon the constitutional right to keep and bear arms. If cowardly and dishonorable men sometimes shoot unarmed men with army pistols or guns, the evil must be prevented by the penitentiary and gallows, and not by a general deprivation of constitutional privilege.” [Wilson v. State, 33 Ark. 557, at 560, 34 Am. Rep. 52, at 54 (1878)]

The 2nd amendment is for the citizens to protect themselves from a too powerful government. The gun grabbers who hate the 2nd amendment want complete control of your life. Do not let this happen.
