Feds Focus on Ammunition/ Raid USA Brass Company

Screen Shot 2014-04-01 at 11.06.20 AM

The battle to take Americans guns has turned a bit difficult, if not impossible to win….so, the best way to disarm the American people is to go after ammunition.
An EPA crack down on lead smelter facilities forced the closure of the last primary lead smelter plant in America several months ago… I am convinced, this is just the beginning.

Now, the focus is ammunition facilities. Federal agencies like OSHA and EPA are hovering over ammunition facilities and firing ranges at unprecedented levels… I just visited with an indoor firing range that had paid 96 thousand dollars in fines to OSHA and has a constant federal presence at their facility just looking for something else to stick them for.
You can expect to see many more stories like this one below in the near future..

I am not suggesting that this one incident means the government is conspiring to eliminate our ammunition sources.
I am saying a combination of stories and situations lead me to the conclusion that our ammunition is the next target for infringement on gun rights.

The gun battle is one they can not win… There is, however, no 2nd Amendment protection for our ammunition… The government knows this… hence the crack down on indoor firing ranges, ammunitions facilities etc..
The focus by the regulatory agencies right now is on those facilities.
I am aware of a number of businesses the government is hovering over.

My story is not about the guilt or innocence of USA brass regarding safety of its employees… It is about the focus by the government on ammunitions facilities in general… I am aware of another major ammunition manufacturing facility where the government has actually moved in and set up offices on their grounds in order to monitor everything they are doing..
It is absurd…

If you look long enough and hard enough, you can find something wrong every business in this country is doing regarding employee safety.

The government has increased the regulations on firearms related businesses, hence, making it impossible for them to afford to comply and forcing them out of business, like, the last primary lead smelter plant that closed in December..
The government can regulate and monitor people to death..

My article is simply a warning of more to come… Mark my word…
I will be back in about 6 months to say, “I told you so”

BOZEMAN, Mont –
The FBI raided Bozeman based USA Brass Thursday morning. We were tipped off by a viewer who told us federal agents were on scene by 9a.m. Throughout the morning we saw agents from the FBI, EPA Criminal Division, and Bozeman Police come and go from the Bozeman business.

Around 12:30 p.m. Agent Bert Marsden identified himself as the resident agent in charge of the Environmental Protection Agency’s Criminal Division in Montana. He told NBC Montana agents were expected on scene through the evening, and gave a short statement about the investigation.

“We are investigating alleged violations of environmental law. An investigation takes as long as it takes, and I can’t provide any details as it relates to that,” said Marsden.

USA Brass cleans and resells used ammunition casings. In September of 2013 the US Department of Labor cited USA Brass with 10 violations and proposed more than $45,000 in penalties and fines.

Occupational Safety and Health Administration, OSHA, claims the company overexposed workers to lead and failed to provide basic safeguards to reduce lead exposure, including breathing protection and protective clothing.

The EPA investigator will not say whether the current investigation was directly related to last year’s findings, but did say the public should not be concerned.

“I can make a statement that there is no immediate threat to the public or the community at this time,” said Marsden.

Don’t worry… The Chinese will supply all the ammo we need when Obama drives all the American producers out of business… stupid Democrat socialists

    • Clint

The government is already talking about restricting imports of guns and ammo.

      • fed overreach committee

Chinese ammo imports were already stopped by Clinton years ago. I’m sure the current administration is pissed they didn’t get to do it themselves.

Its fine. Luckily we ALL saw this coming when the Muslim in Chief was elected and most everyone I know stoicked up and as we ALL know or if you watched the internet, Obama has been great on gun sales and ammo sales. Thank God, he’s ruined every other business. We can ho0ld out until his sorry azz is out ans then we will have everyone of the jackazzes at the EPA and all opf the others fired and moved to the south pacific.

Tragic that we Americans have allowed our government to reduce our Constitution to nothing more than a manipulative contrivance it molests us with as impressionable school children as a means to exploit and violate our trust. There is a word for the act of creating or exploiting a position of trust with the pre-meditated intent to violate our trust, and that word is molest, so what does that make our government? That’s right, a seething, foaming at the mouth, baby raping child molester. Have no fear though, they are finally about to muster up enough common decency to pull their dicks out of our asses and shoot us.

Totalitarians always seek methods to disarm those they want to subjugate. The fight to win, and to maintain, freedom in the face of tyranny never ends.

The Nazi’s discovered they didn’t have to have State ownership of businesses (ala the Communists) to control everything; regulations accomplished the same thing without the burdens of ownership…
History repeats itself… if we let it

    Let’s NOT let it…
