When leaders in your Federal Government:
1) consistently violate the law
2) show a complete disregard for the Constitution and Bill of Rights
3) Refuse to answer We the People who question their actions in Congressional hearings
4) Bully the state’s citizens with para-military, Gestapo style raids by armed agents in non-violent crime investigations
5) LIE under oath
6) Arm Mexican Drug Cartels while attempting to restrict or disarm law abiding American citizens

It is time to limit the power of the Federal Government, take back state control of our land currently under federal control, and cease to allow federal authorities jurisdiction over our state’s people.

I am NOT calling for an armed revolt.. I am asking the people of our states to elect governors, sheriffs, and state legislators who understand state’s rights and have to courage to stand up to the federal government to represent the citizens of your states rather than cowering behind closed doors while federal bullies come in and trample the Constitutional rights of citizens.

Furthermore, how can our states allow a clearly corrupt federal authority to have control over ANY land in our states.
While I do not support Bundy Ranch in their belief that they are “entitled” to use public land to graze their cattle, I do believe that if the state of Nevada and its citizens do not oppose citizens using public land in their state for free grazing, that should be a state issue, not a federal issue. Yet, because Nevada, like many states has given the federal government control of that land, federal laws must be adhered to until or unless the state takes the land back.

My friend Sheriff Mack and Oath Keepers along with some Nevada lawmakers are NOW getting involved in an attempt to keep the situation in Nevada from escalating to a violent confrontation and end in peaceful resolution for ALL the ranchers in that state. I hope they are successful, however, I am even more hopeful that Patriots nationwide (regardless of your position pro or against Bundy) will see this as yet another exaple of how federal control over state’s land and business is a recipe for disaster and begin the process of being pro-active rather than reactive on the issue of state’s rights and sovereinty.

10th Amendment Resolutions
In 2009-2010 thirty eight states have introduced resolutions to reaffirm the principles of sovereignty under the Constitution and the 10th Amendment; 14 states have passed the resolutions. These non-binding resolutions, often called “state sovereignty resolutions” do not carry the force of law. Instead, they are intended to be a statement to demand that the federal government halt its practices of assuming powers and imposing mandates upon the states for purposes not enumerated by the Constitution.

The man I am endorsing for Governor of Arkansas, has already met with and formed a coalition of governors in at least 10 states who have agreed that TOGETHER they can, as a Republic of Sovereign states, limit federal power in their states to protect the land, economy, and citizens of their respective states as well as prepare for the consequences and battle that results from this reclaiming of power where it rightfully belongs, IN THE HANDS of WE THE PEOPLE.

demon-rats are little devils with evil intent at all times and need to go.

  • ATexasGirl10

There are Rinos on both sides. Some are in very high positions in Committees that can do a lot of damage to our country. They think mroe of themselves and becoming rich than “We the People”. This has to stop right now.

  • splooshman

Well said Jan! Couldn’t agree with you more!

  • Edward Doc Mahoney

Jan: I am not convinced that Mr Bundy is obligated to pay the Feds anything. Also it is being reported that the feds are killing those tortoises because they are out of money. Also the feds showed up with men armed to the teeth. Also it was a judge with communist tendencies that ruled in favor of the feds. I am an oathkeeper and support what the leadership of that organization has decided to do. The feds are doing everything that they can do nation wide to provoke a violent confrontation with citizens. You yourself have reported on the violent abuses. Civil war is coming and I believe that it is inevitable given the massive arming of the police forces around the country with tanks, mrapcs, body armor, automatic weapons and purchase of massive amounts of ammunition. Add to that the wholesale dismissal of military leaders, the arming of non police branches of the federal government, and the recruiting, training and arming of the national police force, aka homeland security. If the muslim in the white house does not want a fight with the American People, he sure has a strange way of showing it.

    • MH Snider

Agree 100%. Civil war or 2nd American Revolution is coming and I very much doubt that it will not be fought at the voting booth.

      • MH Snider

typo, it will NOT be fought at the voting booth

    • Bob

      So true.

    • OregonC4P

In my opinion, the Feds looked like they wanted their own Waco during the Bundy standoff. It wasn’t to be…this time. But the Feds are itching to start a fight, and when the first shot is fired, it will spread to all corners of the nation. I believe it is inevitable, but with it will come a lot death, tears and suffering. When it does come, we must embrace our duty just as our forefathers did for the good of the people and the Republic.

    • Jan does NOT get it and I am ashamed to say she is more a part of the problem than the solution at this point.

  • Mark

I am a Kansan, and I wish you would list the 10 states that have formed this coalition of governors.

  • J. Dale Weaver

The reality, Jan, is that the Feds will never allow the States, or the People, or the Bundy’s in this circumstance, to take back their rights, their land, their liberties. IF they try, the Feds will do anything they have to in order to stop them. The over 200 BLM (FBI, DHS?) Agents armed to the teeth are ample evidence to that.

They are leaving the People no choice. Whether or not the States decide to defend their citizens, Patriotic citizens are absolutely GOING to start defending themselves from “Federal Bullies.”

Now I hope that I won’t see all these Conservatives who’ve been railing about the terrible tyrants in DC strong-arming us all whining when these Patriots actually DO defend themselves. Before they speak, I hope they will remember the words of Patrick Henry on March 25, 1775, mere weeks before Lexington & Concord — and choose to remain silent if they can say nothing supportive.

    • bull57

The states have lots of methods and the power to take back what’s theirs. We can pass our owns laws forbidding fed authority, we have our own law enforcement and attorney generals, the public highways are state owned, the air ports are state or privately owned, the list goes on. We have the power, just use it!

  • Barry Smith

This is all fine and dandy, but how do you beat an entire segment of the population that insists on massive cheating and continuously breaks laws, constantly lies about everything and god knows what else in order to win these elections.

    • Don Merriam

I have been writting, calling and trying to inform citizens that we are no longer a Republic for our own Senators & Representative has sold us out to the highest bidder who will grease their palms. The Senators and Representative here in New Mexico have proven that they have no INTEGRITY, HONESTY AND TOTALLY MORALLY BANKRUPTED. I do not know how they can face themselves in the Mirror each day let alone look at their own Famalies in the faces with their total coruption. Just Who vote in over 500 Federal Agencies that now rule not govern. Ruled by Corrupt Bureacrats that will murder anyone who will stand up. Just look at the FDA, which for some payola greasing these Bureacrats will murder thousands each year will approved poison drugs that kill and not cure anything. If you rank and file zombies believe different, just look at the facts, like over 100,000 per year murders each year from these approved poison drugs and the thousands of poison toxins that lace the processed foods that you feed you children. Poisons that make them sick in mind and body, you progressives think that is OK to see your child become sick in mind and body. So, to one and all just bow low with bareback side up to receive the Messiah’s big stick, for a the Court Jester (Biden) stated Obama has a big stick to shaft you with. I guess that is why the Females and Gays vote for him as they might get the big stick. So, all be prepared when the UN Blue Helmets take over under world Government. Heh, heh, heh, people are finally seeing the tyranny for what it is, it sure has taken them long enough! Henchman Holder and his boyfriend, that being the Muslim-Marxist jihadist, must be made to step down – about six feet would do! REVOLUTION is the SOLUTION to TYRANNY, always was and always will be. The citizens have become the enemy of the state ( Nevada rancher has over 200 military attired BLM attacking him) while the illegal aliens are being protected and moved to the front of the line, something is very wrong with this disturbing picture! Why aren’t these same “civilan army” personnel of the new Hitler, Obaa-baa-ma, being deployed on our border – because they aren’t WHITE! The reprobate Obaa-baa-ma stated back in 2912 while campaigning: “vote for me and get revenge”, we are now witnessing what ithat revenge was all about!

  • gwwilliams

The feds MUST be stopped – they are clearly overstepping their Consitutional authority. Until “we the people” stop them they will continue to tyrannize us.

  • John Burney Sr

What you say sounds good & you also said that what the states do are nonbinding.. Only Texas can do anything without taking up arms to free themself from the Feds.. Unless the feds will obay the Constitution & you know most of this goverment does not want to do that!!!!! I guess the goverment has our best interest at heart when they took all the military helicopters from the national guard???? I guess they thought we might use them to defind ourself???

  • bobvelon

We need to remove everyone in this current administration. The problem is how without a show of force…..We cannot vote them out so we have to throw them out..

    • I can always tell when I’ve landed on a radical group. There answer to everything is ‘get rid of the government’ until they want something from it like social security, then it’s gimme, gimme, gimme.

      • bobvelon

Boy are you misguided. Nothing radical about wanting your freedoms back from an administration that cares nothing about our Constitution or the rule of law. He wants your weapons but he just hasn’t figured out how is going to go about that yet. How about the New World Order they want to put you under? You may want to bow to Obama as your king but there are many of us out there who do not…

      • Don Merriam

Since when is Social Security a “gimme” program. Don’t you pay into it like most everyone else? It was voluntary when it first started but in 1960 when I was born, they were taking it from people’s paychecks every week without their consent and are still doing so to this day. That doesn’t sound like something for nothing to me. It’s more like nothing in exchange for something when you look at what you get out at the end of your life from the program compared to what you would have received over the same lifetime period from an IRA.

  • Domino

this isn’t about a turtle, it’s about the oil & fracking that’s being found and going on, on that ‘federal’ land. follow the money!

  • Ann Wilson

Voting, protests, petition signing? Where has it gotten us? The elections were a joke with illegals voting, people voting more than once, intimidation at the polls. Petitions are replied to with their generic little prewritten comment to all.
IT IS TIME TO TAKE A STAND AND GET OUT TO NEVADA AND BACK ALL THE FELLOW PATRIOTS FIGHTING FOR OUR FREEDOM. It’s one thing to talk the talk now it’s time to walk the walk Jan.

  • Andrew

I disagree that Bundy is doing anything wrong. As long as he is harming NOONE and violating no laws (other than UNLAWFUL LEGISLATION) then what’s the problem? In fact, he’s only helping people by offering cheaper food to the residents of Nevada, by allowing his cattle to graze freely off the land, that would otherwise be used for nothing. (Tortoises do not eat that much, leaving much of the foliage to dry up in the desert heat and become kindling for a fire). The land is being used for nothing by noone, and therefore, no victim is had!! As long as his cattle are not interfering with travellers and visitors (many of which would probably like to see livestock in their visit), then there is NO crime to be had. It’s just bureaucratic bullying, seeking a means to push him off his land so they can take it for their own Corporate purposes…(which has been proven).

  • Andrew

Fact is, BLM was paid to protect the Ranchers land and rights, and they have used that pay money to push every single Rancher off their property in Clark County and Bundy is the last man standing. If this is NOT PROOF of their intention, I don’t know WHAT IS…This is NOT about Bundy doing anything illegal..this is about land grabs…Remember??..they did this to this to the Natives waaay back when??

  • Shadow_58

Where the problem lies are the Progressives within both parties. Eliminate all the Progressives and 3/4 of the problems are eliminated.

  • Troy Spreadborough

Remove any official who does not follow their Oath to the Constitution, and operate within it’s letter, intent, and spirit.

Disband every agency, repeal all legislation, nullify any aspect of Federal oversight, or granted authority or assumed power that is not PROPERLY and SPECIFICALLY enumerated in and JUSTIFIED under strict interpretation of US Constitution writ.

  • higgy01

It is time the states recognize that there is teeth in the 10th amendment especially when the federal government is illegal. The WH, DOJ, EPA and especially the IRS continually commit illegal and illicit acts which should get the perps jail time. The problem is that the states have never seen such outrageous behavior by those that are elected to guide this country so they are reluctant to act as they should.

  • “Sovereignty under the Constitution,” whether federal, state, or by We the People, is a claim to divinity and is at the center of why the Constitution created by the Enlightenment founders is a Biblically seditious document:

“[O]ur Lord Jesus Christ … He who is the blessed and only Sovereign, the King of kings and Lord of lords…. To Him be honor and eternal dominion! Amen.” (1 Timothy 6:14-16)

For more, see online Chapter 3: “The Preamble: WE THE PEOPLE vs. YAHWEH” of “Bible Law vs. the United States Constitution: The Christian Perspective” at http://www.bibleversusconstitution.org/BlvcOnline/biblelaw-constitutionalism-pt3.html.

    • bob

The constitution always calls the several states sovereign in relationship to the Establishment of this Constitution between the States, except for arbitration. The perversion of interstate commerce clause feeds itself perpetually as precedent law.

      • When man (whether individually, collectively, or by representation [federal or state]) rejects Yahweh’s immutable morality as codified in His perfect law (Psalm 19:7-11), it an instance of every man doing that which is right in his own eyes, per Judges 21:25.

Find out how much you REALLY know about the Constitution as compared to the bible. Take our Constitution Survey at http://www.bibleversusconstitution.org/ConstitutionSurvey.html and receive a FREE copy of an 85-page book that EXAMINES the Constitution by the Bible.

So, we’re counting on the fox to investigate the scorpion?

  • Zoomie72

    Coleman or Hutchinson?

  • Bob

This solution will result in FAILURE because it’s MAN appealing to MAN with humanistic guide to subjective morality which is doomed because it’s void of TRUTH in LOVE to God our Creator in Equity. The HEART is where all manner of evil resides if not checked and governed with Yahweh’s standards.

Matthew 15.19 For out of the heart proceed wicked thoughts, murder, adultery, fornication, theft, perjury, impiety of speech.

Hebrews 3.10 Therefore I was greatly grieved with that generation, and I said, `They are ever going astray in heart, and have not learnt to know My paths.’

I John 2.4 He who professes to know Him, and yet does not obey His commands, is a liar, and the truth has no place in his heart.

  • Robert D Marshner

Jan you forgot in the Bundy Case his Family has been on the same piece of land since the 1880’s which means that the federal Government has violated 3 laws 1) the Home stead act 2) continued use lawn which would give the Bundy family ownership of the land 3) squatters rights Law which would also give the Bundy family ownership of the land . Remember the law that the government is saying the Bundy family broke wasn’t in effect till 1993 which should never apply to the land the Bundy family has been using since the 1880’s, You just can’t over look a law simply because it’s over a hundred years old I know most family’s haven’t been on the same land for that long or held the title or land grant that long but this Family has and the laws apply in this case and the Government is wrong and is violating it’s own laws in the Bundy Case .

  • Sam Riddle

You would think, anyone taking the time to write an article like this which I happen to like, would maybe, just maybe bother to inform the reader – what 10 states are actually fighting back since it is about states fighting back! – I’m getting so tired of this…

  • Archie

We need to start by electing sheriffs that will take their counties away from the feds and limit what is allowed. We have seen the sheriff in Nevada doing NADA to stop the assault on his citizens while some have stopped the feds from doing the same in their counties.
We need sheriffs that walk tall and not hide under their desks.
